Once you sign up, you’ll be redirected to a short intake questionnaire — essentially a mini audit of your team, systems, and communication.
This is where you’ll share with me what’s happening (or not happening 😅) with your team so I can get a clear picture of what you’re dealing with and where things might be off.
Within 2-3 business days, I’ll send you a personalized video review where I walk through your responses and share my thoughts, ideas, and recommendations. I’ll point out any yellow (or red) flags I see, and outline simple, strategic shifts to help get things back on track.
