You get my undivided attention where I’ll pinpoint the biggest challenges within your business operations and create a custom-crafted action plan that steers you in the direction of your goals. I’ll help you identify what’s worth your precious time and energy – and what can wait, be delegated, or get dropped.
Everything will be centered around being simple and efficient – because let’s be honest… if it’s too complicated or too overwhelming, it won’t get done (and that’s the opposite of what we want here!).

We’ll kick things off with a comprehensive workbook for you to complete before our VIP Day together, which will walk you through questions around 6 key aspects of your business:

This will help me have a deep understanding of your current situation in business and where to focus our time together during our VIP Day.
🪄 Step 2: Your VIP Day!
We’ll block out a 2.5 hour session over Zoom to do a comprehensive audit of your business, using your Whitespace Workbook to guide us.
Together we’ll work through each category so I can understand the ins and outs of your business as if it were my own! This allows me to identify and help you get clarity on what’s working, what’s not, where the biggest gaps are, and opportunities for improvement.
☑️ Step 3: The Action Plan
After our VIP Day, I’ll get to work on creating your customized action plan. This will be a detailed blueprint outlining the steps for you and your team to take over the next 90 days so that you know exactly what to prioritize in order to move the needle forward.
This won’t be a cookie cutter plan or generic to-do list; everything will be completely tailored to you and your business based on what we uncover during our VIP Day together. It will be created with your unique desires, availability, team, and capacity in mind (so that everything feels doable and aligns with your current goals).
📝 Step 4: The Follow-Up
One week after our VIP Day, we’ll meet again for a 1-hour review session to go over your detailed action plan together and answer any questions that you have.
By the end of this experience you’ll have clarity like never before and feel empowered around knowing how to get from A to Z with your goals.

FAQs
This process will begin with having you complete The Whitespace Workbook. This is a comprehensive questionnaire that will ask you to do a deep dive into key areas of your business to help me understand your current situation. Although it’s not required to complete every question, the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of our VIP Day together.
You’ll need to block out 2.5 hours for the VIP Day, plus 1 hour for our follow up session.
For the action plan, your time commitment will depend on your unique situation, but I'll make sure to address any concerns about having limited time or capacity so it feels realistic and doable for you to put into motion.
I’m all about creating strategies that are simple and customized to your specific situation and goals, so your action plan will be designed to meet you where you are!
I get it – I know it’s a big commitment to do a deep operational review like this when your schedule is overly full as it is. But if you can make the space for this VIP Day, it will actually help to clear up more of your time and energy in the long run. I’ll help you identify how to spend your time on the things that matter, let go of what doesn’t, and create a step by step plan of how to take action within your limited schedule and capacity.

Totally fine! I promise there is no judgment here and I've seen it ALL. You don’t have to have the perfect systems or have everything organized (and if you did, you probably wouldn’t need this VIP Day!).
I would love to incorporate them into the experience! As your right-hand person, it’s important for them to be involved in high level reviews and planning in your business, and they’ll also be heavily involved in putting the action steps into play so I would love to have them attend all or part of our VIP Day. My goal is that this would be as supportive for them as it is for you! Make sure to mention this in your application so that we can chat logistics.
We will have a 1-hour follow-up call one week after our session to go over the action plan and answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you’d like additional support beyond that, we can discuss what that would look like after!
